Bank On Academy is a technical assistance opportunity for prospective Bank On coalitions to engage with the Bank On Logic Model as a foundation for coalition development and activity. The six-month program will consist of two phases: Phase One includes self-paced modules that cover the essential building blocks of coalition leadership, as well as regular module debrief calls with the Bank On team and fellow Academy participants. Phase Two prepares participants to launch and lead the Bank On coalition and includes individual technical assistance from the CFE Fund’s Bank On team. Enrollees in the program should expect a time commitment of 1-2 hours to week, in addition to bi-weekly cohort debrief calls. Bank On coalitions who have completed Academy will be eligible to apply for funding through the Bank On Capacity Grant.
