Whitney Visker is a Senior Associate at the CFE Fund, where she provides technical assistance to Bank On coalitions. Previously, she supported financial capability initiatives at CASH Campaign of Maryland by offering trainings to practitioners and clients on strategies that strengthen financial stability in low- and moderate-income households in Maryland. She holds a BA in Political Science from Syracuse University.
