The CFE Fund partnered with the Organization of American States’ Inter-American Social Protection Network (IASPN) following an international conference it co-hosted in New York City with the U.S. Department of State. The conference, entitled Partnerships for Financial Inclusion: A Catalyst for Inclusive Growth, included foreign ministers and ambassadors from 25 Latin American and Caribbean nations, along with private sector, public sector, and nonprofit leaders from across the United States. Through this ongoing partnership, the CFE Fund shares best practices and technical assistance and helps foster inter-regional collaboration between domestic and international governments engaged in financial empowerment work.

The CFE Fund submitted a Comment Letter to the US Bureau of the Census Commission on Evidence-Based Policymaking. The letter focused on strategies to increase the availability and use of government data to build evidence for programs and policies, while protecting privacy and confidentiality—drawing from the CFE Fund’s experience working with local governments across the country.
